Error Code 0x87b20c08 Cannot get to home screen

For the last week now, every time I hit the Home button to exit any app (TV comes on when turn on xbox), I get the error code 0x87b20c08. I searched the error code and it says that error code doesn't exist. I have confirmed the error code 5 times and that
is what shows on my screen.

Has anyone else received that same code? Or is anyone else having that problem. The only way I can get out of the TV application is to eject and re-insert a game disc. But then I can just get to the game itself, or occasionally it lets me into the home screen.
I have a 1 TB Xbox One S (Battlefield green edition) that is only a month old. I would have unplugged the "brick" on my old Xbone but this new one doesn't have a brick. Is there another way to resent the system to see if that fixes the issue? Anyone have any
other suggestions?

Error

When I tap the Xbox home button, after a while, this error code shows up: 0x87b20c08. It tells me to search it on error helps and the code doesn't exist.

0x90010108 this is what comes on the screen and the error code typed in doesn't help. The message says if the error code is not helpful go to the home. cannot get to home
