Discus and support Error Code 0x87af000b when trying to access MY GAMES & APPS in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Tried to access MY GAMES & APPS and got this error code 0x87af000b.     Error Code 0x87af000b when trying to access MY GAMES & APPS


    Tried to access MY GAMES & APPS and got this error code 0x87af000b. Tried to look for more info and all I got was the : "quit all apps that are open" -DONE, "have you restarted the console?" - DONE, "try turning it off and then on" - DONE. Still can't
    access my games and apps. Have tried to check the system memory but it freezes when I try to do that. Any help would be awesome, cuz I don't want to lose any games I downloaded that I do not have the codes to anymore...

    Can not reload MS Solitaire

    I had a problem with MS Solitaire and need to reload it. I went to Apps and uninstalled it. When I tried to reinstall it again I get Error code 0x87AF000B. I an using Windows 10 (latest Update), on a new Desktop. It downloads, then restores user setting,
    and starts installing, before showing error.

    Any ideas would be helpful.

    Hey there Exissbo.

    Do you currently have an external storage device plugged into your Xbox One? If so, please power off your console completely by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds, then plug it back in. Once your Xbox One has powered off please unplug the storage
    device and turn it back on to see if that helps.

    I think it's an update that I can't install. I keep getting this error code 0x87AF000B

    Everything is starting to work correctly again on my other devices and Xbox.
