    Error code 0x838601e7


    went to play ww2 yesterday and it come up with needs an update, so I updated it and now can’t log on to go on live comes up with error code 0x838601e7, put it into Xbox error codes and it can’t find the error

    Any one have any idea what it could be?

    Switched on xbox one,trying to play fifa17, it then tries to sync data and fails at 70% with error

    To start out, can you try removing the game from your Xbox One, followed by a full power cycle (hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it shuts off), then reinstall the game. Let us know if that changes anything.
