Error Code 0x838601e7 no code solution - needs attention

Hi thank you for all your replies but unfortunately still no joy.

I have spoken to support and they said they would email me which they still have not (now a month).

Surely if the error has been published there should be a remedy for it you would think!!

Does anyone know how to escalate this? It is starting to *** me off royally.

I have the same issue. I've tried just about everything and I don't want to factory reset either. I will if there is absolutely no other way but I'm definitely using it as last resort. Surely there is another way? As of right now I can't play 80% of my games
and the ones that will load don't have any save data! as if it was all lost.

 

Surely now that this code is becoming common knowledge Xbox help will resolve it soon.

I have called support three times now and told they will fix it, but still nothing.

I refuse to reinstall bf4 etc, it should be fixable.

After my own fault finding it is not game specific, it is an issue with the signed in profile and is not fixed by removing your profile then re logging in. I have put up with it now for three months and it is wearing very thin....

I have same issue had to clear and reset my one twice in 6 months next gen? feels more like going backwards my suggestion is to sell it and buy a ps4

 

I had this error code after moving COD to an external HD . I reloaded game on to the main drive cleared profiles, cleared memory , reboot routers , reboot modems . I decided to clear my local saved games , which can be found under system settings . the
Xbox reboots and when I started COD after trying everything else , it worked . the game sync , my saved games were reloaded from the cloud , and I have no problems . good luck

 

this is bs this should be fixed my codaw is doing the same nothing works either. thinking of filing a complaint with BBB for faulty product. since no one has answers. and can not help fix. thought these people were professionals.
