Error Code 0x838601e7 no code solution - needs attention

Hi guys,

I know I am not the only one receiving this error code after the last big system update - google the code and see what pops up there is a youtube clip showing the issue.

It related to a syncing issue and the ability for the console to not update profile information.

I have called Xbox Xupport twice and both times told code is not known and it will be investigated and I will be emailed - which has not happened..... urge to kill growing

It is not game specific, through fault finding it seems to be personal profile associated. I have deleted my profile from my Xbox One and then reinstalled a few times with no change.

Surely by now with more than one or two people having this code it should be sorted without users needing to delete games and/or factory resets as that seems a lame and lazy fix.

Any help Xbox is urgently needed as I am getting quite annoyed at this.

I have the same exact problem as u and it happened yesterday and I tried everything (but call xbox) but it wasn't working for me. My Nba 2k14 is having problems syncing, I'm really upset that I couldn't play and it wasted my time.

Have you tried removing your gamer profiles from the system, then clearing the system cache and then on system startup, re-add the profile back?

I have also done a little search on the internet and a few other people have had the error and resolve the issue by resetting the console back to factory settings.

No problem!

To hard restart of your Xbox One, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on. The system will turn off. When you hit the button again, it will start and display the green start-up screen. All your data is preserved, but cache is cleared.

If that didn't work removing the profile, then try the factory reset.

 

That'll delete everything

 

My titanfall works but my nba2k14 is not syncing

 

Tried to connect my lads fifa 14 for 2 weeks won't sync data 0x838601e7 error, have done these,

Disconnected router

Reset router

Uninstalled fifa

Hard reset,

Clear mac on advanced wireless setting,

Reset a wireless connection

Still nothing, error code not regonised on support, *** off!

 

Ours just worked by removing profile as suggested then hard reset. Did come up with new error to start 80004005 but continued offline. But all saves and ultimate team there now.

 

You might want to try all these steps to resolve Syncing Error:

Go to Settings, Disc and Blu ray, persistent Storage, clear it 3 times.

Hard reboot by holding the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on. The system will turn off. And hit the power button again to turn it on.

Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, Clear and Restart.

Then, sign in to the profile. Launch the game When you see the home screen (“Press A to Begin”), do the following:

Hold down both shoulder buttons (LB + RB) while holding both triggers (LT + RT)

Then press the Y (yellow) button at the same time. If done correctly, you should see a confirmation pop-up confirming that you want to reset your profile.

Choose “Yes” from the menu and then press the A button to reset your profile. If this does not work, you may go ahead and remove your profile, hard reboot again, and add profile, try the game.
