Error Code 0x82d40007 When i launch Rainbow Six Siege...

Hello, i receive the 0x82d40007 error when i try to play the game, it only happen with this game, i have already tried to reconnect me, but it's still happening.

I have tried to hard restart the console but nothing change... Help would be appreciated, very appreciated.

By the way the support page on this error code is litteraly useless...

Rainbow Six Vegas and Vegas 2 codes not working

Just bought an Xbox One Rainbow Six Siege bundle and I got two download codes for Rainbow Six Vegas and Vegas 2. The codes are active but I keep getting error messages.

 

No code after buy rainbow six siege

Hello i have buy rainbow six siege. I have no code for rainbow six vegas 1 and rainbow six vegas 2. I waited 3 weeks ! I will like to receive in exchange the season pass for rainbow six siege.

 

Solutions:

1. Turn off the console and unplug it for 30 seconds and try again. (This clears cache.)

2. Make sure you are on the account that owns the digital game (or make sure you have the disc inserted).

3. Check this page to make sure you're on the same account that purchased the game:

Look for the game in your purchase history.

4. If you own the game remove and redownload your account:

6. Check for a system update and a game update.

Oh... the game don't appears in the purchased games... but i already played it since i have bought it the 17 november... So i've not bought it. I was playing a free trial maybe...

There was a free play weekend this last weekend (or the one before that, I don't remember) so that may be where you got it. It's only free for the weekend and not free after that, you must buy it.

 

Yes maybe that's it, but i have played it yesterday but... ok...

The game is still on sale so im going to really buy it this time.
