Error Code (0x82d40004)

Hello i have been having issue playing my Sea of Thieves game recently. Whenever i put the disc in it will show me the message for error code (0x82d40004). I have done all the things suggested by the community and nothing has worked. The disc is neither
scratched nor dirty and my Xbox is in good condition. The new update for this game has recently come out i would like to play it soon. And since this is xbox exclusive i cant play it on anything else. I would really like to have this resolved thank you.

is it all your games or just one game

 

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Recently the game got a update, may it be causing the issue; i think its all good now.

 

It worked but soon as I wanted to play again. The error code popped back up. It's really frustrating.
