    Error code: 0x80D0000A


    Started up my Xbox One S, tried loading up Netflix but the logo showed up then just went back to the dashboard, turned the console off and back on but still did it.

    So I uninstalled Netflix and went to download and install it again but the download keeps stopping and bring up the error code 0x80D0000A, searched online but nothing came up for the Xbox.

    Had been watching it earlier so within the couple of hours of the xbox being turned off its stopped working.

    mine is still doing it **** me off ! It keeps turning my Wi-Fi off the bag of **** have u fixed it
    Have you managed to fix it yet? I've tried **** everything. Even factory reset.

    If you're trying to Download/Update anything from the W10 Store, you can try and Clean Store Cache by following these steps:

    1. Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog.
    2. Type WSReset.exe, and then click OK.
    3. The Store will now open, and state the following: The cache for the store was cleared. You can now browse the store for apps.
    Let me know how it goes.

    I was getting the same error message and i pulled a classic IT move. Just unplug the power cord for a minute and then plug it back in and try again. Worked for me, good luck
