This may mean that there is a problem with the data in your profile. To resolve this, delete your old profile and then download fresh copy to your console.

Before doing this step make sure your network connection is good.

Please go to Settings then All Settings, Under the Account select Remove Accounts. Select your profile and then Delete your profile. Then please Restart the console.

When it is done we will download your profile by going to the Main Dashboard, then move your analog stick to left selecting Sign-In from the upper left corner. Select Add & Manage and enter your email and password. This will solve the problem

this is happening to me also, but my error code is 0x80a4001b

But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.

I forgot to add this link, the error codes are given for a reason, you may find it handy if you get error codes although not every error code gives a possible solution.

Same error code 0x800488fc, got an error code for the error code.

What can i do???
