    Error code 0x80bd001b when trying to clear persistent storage under blu-ray.


    Just yesterday I noticed a message when trying to clear the Blu-ray persistent storage, with this code: 0x80bd001b.

    I tried using the xbox support via console, to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

    Start up issues.

    It sounds like you might need to clear out your "persistent storage" on the console. Head over to Settings>Disc & Blu-Ray. Under the Blu-Ray box, click Persistent Storage, then click Clear Persistent Storage.
