Error code 0x80bd0006

I'm getting this error when trying to see my Xbox Live subscription. I would really appreciate if someone from support team could help me.

According to the support page this is an issue of corrupt profile:

I don't find the edit tool but the error code is 0x80bd0006

Please FIX this i can't see the games with discounts

 

The first thing would be to log out of your profile and log back in. If that doesn't work try this remove your profile from the console and do a hard reset. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug
the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational re-download your profile and test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!

I have the same issue... I've tried already cycle power down (hold the power button for about 10s), to logoff, remove/reenter my account and the problem persists.

Moreover, I cannot access the gold offers from the main screen (right button), it shows the "page is unavailable, try later".

Hope something figure it out.

Hey, guys! I thought at first that this might be related to another issue that we're having, but it appears that it might be separate. Have you tried the steps that Genesis has posted? Give that a shot and let us know if it helps you out! Thanks.

 

The steps Genesis said did not help at all. Before I was not getting the error. After I did the whole restart thing I got the error onece and it stopped. I am able to see my subscription without the error appearing but before that nothing was there. Therefore
I replaced it with a free trial and gold is still not recognized. My gold membership on the web says it is to be renewed in june but again does not show up execpt for the, not working, 1 month free trial.

 

I'm facing the same problem right now. Did all that Genesis suggested, but no results.

I can access Games with Gold and Deals with Gold through the website and Smart Glass, but not through the XBOX ONE itself.

 

Oh, I forgot to say that I'm not getting the error code (btw, there isn't a way to edit our comments on this forum?), I'm getting the same as Pehdipanuh, just a message saying something went wrong and asking for trying later. It started, or at least I noted,
on the 28th February.

 

While signed in here at Xbox.com are you able to view your subscription without getting an error?

I checked yesterday night and the problem was fixed. I can now see my subscriptions and gold offers.
