    I have a had an issue accessing my account information from xbox.com and subscription information from the console since launch.

    When I select "Subscriptions" from the settings on the X1 console, I get the error code 0x80bd0006 which is "not found" on xbox.com.

    When I select "My Account" after logging in to xbox.com, I get a screen that says "Oops! That shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system."

    This causes lots of complications, not the least of which has been being randomly billed for Xbox Live Gold without requesting it, and not getting the subscription. (That one was refunded after I made a fuss.) For the first couple months, I would redeem
    2 day or 7 day trials when I wanted to play, but when I ran out of those, I had to re-add my credit card and set up a subscription. Now, I can't manage/edit/end the subscription or remove my credit card.

    I have called support 4-5 times and been emailing back and forth with the "advocacy team" for 2 months or more, but just recently, they have stopped responding.

    I found this forum where a gamer described the exact same issue, and it was resolved for him, and I linked it to the "advocacy team," but I have heard nothing.

    I have an ID number for the case, which I won't post here, but I would be glad to share it with any support agent who can be more satisfactory than the pathetic experience I've had with the "advocacy team" for the last two months.

    Someone, please help me. I have been a loyal customer since the original Xbox and spent thousands and thousands of dollars on consoles, accessories, games, and subscriptions. I deserve better than this.

    erro code 0x80bd0006 in subscription on xbox one

    I get tthe error 0x80bd0006 when trying to view my subscription on my xbox one. When trying to look at my account on xbox.com I get a 'uh oh, that shouldn't of happened' screen.

    Any help ?

    I wanted to link this thread as well. This is the same gamer who had the same issue as me and had it fixed.

    The thread states that there are a few stray/old emails linked to the account, and advocacy deleted them and solved his issue.

    When advocacy was still responding to me, they uncovered something similar. I had an old gamertag "Magelag" that, at one time, used an email address that my current GT used. Their plan was to completely delete "Magelag" and all its associated information,
    but they stopped responding before that was done.

    The quickest and most effective way to have any issue connected with accounts resolved is to call telephone support as they have access to accounts - here -

    Thanks for the suggestion, Gillette. Phone support just told me they couldn't do anything because it had already been escalated. Unfortunately, it looks like the forum support staff is ignoring this just like the "advocacy" team. This customer service is
    embarrassing. Someone, please make me eat my words.

    My favorite part of this silent treatment I'm receiving is the system generated email I got this morning bragging about responsive forum support and community ambassadors.

    Thanks for nothing, forum support staff! Luckily for me, the 5th or 6th person I dealt with on the advocacy team was OUTSTANDING and took care of me. Every other person I dealt with, or didn't deal with in your case, was absolutely useless.

    Was this finally sorted for you - hun ?

    Unfortunately ambassadors have no access to account information so we cant go any further with help , whereas telephone support do have the appropriate access and tools - hope it's all sorted now .
