error code 0x80a40401

Hello xbox users.

I suddenly today have this error appear when i want to sign in. I try search for answers but it won't help.

I live in Saudi Arabia. Maybe due to some region restriction but there's no issues before. It just happened suddenly today.

I already spend a lot for some games and add ons.

I try everything including hard reset my console but its not help me.

Hopefully someone could help to solve this issue

I don't want to scrap it because i just bought it a weeks ago and still loved it

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! When it comes to this error code, 0c80a40401, you were right in your assumption that it may be due to a region restriction. Whatever it is you're trying to access or whatever it is you're trying to do is restricted
