I keep getting error code 0x80a40408 when trying to customize background , and my games won’t show up under full library and keeps saying try again. I’ve tried removing accounts, restarting console and adding again, resetting the system and clearing the cache. Is there any way to fix this problem?

If you're using WiFi, I advise trying a LAN cable connection instead if possible. If the issue persists over LAN, or you can not use a LAN cable, you could test a different WiFi network such as a mobile hotspot to help diagnose this issue.

Thank you. Have you tried anything else, such as restarting your router/modem? This can be caused by a network/internet issue.

Also, make sure you are performing a full shutdown when restarting your Xbox: hold the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until the console shuts down.
