ERROR CODE 0x80a4008

Today out of no where my Xbox One S just would not let me sign in. When I did manage to get to the sign in screen where you put in your password I got this error code. I looked up the code to see what the problem was and I followed all the instructions
on the screen when I managed to get onto my account, But my Xbox kept crashing. I kept having to press the Xbox guide button to get back to the dashboard. It didn't matter if I was on Mixer, My Games and Apps or the Microsoft Store. So I switched it off and
left it for 10 minutes to see if it would help. Now when I press the power button whether its on the console or the controller, I get the green light and it beeps like usual but a few seconds later the Xbox just switches off. Please can anyone help me or know
where I could send this in the UK to get it repaired. I don't know what else to do. My Xbox isn't even 5 months old yet, I bought it on Boxing day last year.

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! I understand that getting this error can be frustrating but I will be happy to assist. Just to clarify, have you tried what the Ambassador has previously suggested to try, in this case, would be a

Power Cycle? If not I would try that first and if that doesn't work I would then recommend trying the support article for this

this is happening to me also, but my error code is 0x80a4001b

But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.

I forgot to add this link, the error codes are given for a reason, you may find it handy if you get error codes although not every error code gives a possible solution.
