    Error Code 0x80a40019, Tried power cycle, restart, turn off and on router


    I was having some issues today with re adding my acc to my xbox, i go to add new and it loads, but before that it shows 'Search for app in the store?', clicking either options shows 'Try again later''There was a problem, and we could not continue.(0x80a40019)'ive tried restarting, power cycling and turning the router on and off, none of them worked, proceeded to the website and checked services, all up, checked my connection NAT-Open, should i reset?

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Based on the error code you received ( 0x80a40019 ) it sounds like there was a possible
    Xbox Live Service alert in your area. We recommend that you
    restart your Xbox One console     and disconnect your power cable from the back of the console for about 10-15 seconds, then reconnect it to reset the power supply prior to turning it back on. After that, then you may try again.

    Give this a try and let us know the results, please.

    try a Power Cycle of your Xbox by holding the power button for approximately 10 seconds until it completely turns off then switch off the power at the wall for 10 minutes.

    you should also try restarting your router by turning off the power and unplugging it for 10 minutes.

    restart the router first and wait for the lights to go green before starting the Xbox.
