Error code 0x80a40019 need help

I currently live in Okinawa jp, and out of no where i started having issues with the game store app ie not being able to open at games in the game store. it automatically sent me to the home screen. So i tried to reset my system and it signed me out and
i cant sign back in im getting error code 0x80a40019 and ive tried everything to fix it and im getting nothing....its not fun my one day off and i cant relax and enjoy some xbox with the homies....

I troubleshot for 3 days now and finally found a FIX!!!!

i don't remember the link but you need the manual update on a USB

bring up the troubleshoot screen on your xbox one x

do the offline update let it go through the process and boom! it should be working now. goodluck.

Xbox Support told me to send xbox in for repair and pay $250.....yeah going to PS4
