Error code 0x80a40010

I’ve not been able to sign on for more than 24hours. I pay good money for this. Being a deployed American soldier it’s very unsettling to see these playstation brothers play as I sit here with a game pass account and have been with XBOX for years. Not being
able to do squat. When is a fix going to be reported. No email, no nothing yet, the money I pay still comes out!

its been for days and no fix no one knows how long this will take, all trouble shooting leads to no where

 

the whole Ukraine was left without Xbox Live, how many works will go? We are already sitting from 7/09/2018 without the ability to play, so half of the PS will pass ....

 

We all have same problem in Iran we dont know what to do we paid too much money for this please fix it we have it for days.

thats the problem with xbox, their online services are weak, they take too long to fix these errors and thats exactly why xbox one flopped when it was released. when will they realize that the community doesn't need new custom controllers but rather a
better service and good feedback? even when they fix this do they return the money that has been wasted on subscriptions because of this error? no. so they should pay more attention to bugs and errors. if this error doesn't get fixed i might have to return
my xbox and get something else because whats the point of having a console if you always get frustrated instead of having fun?

After a week with the same problem (80a40010), the console works two days in a row (wow), but today the problem appears again. I have spent hundreds of euros in hardware and software that I can't use correctly. Will you refund us hundreds of euros? Unfortunately
I know the answer.
