I have already tried all the suggested corrections. Nothing is working and i can not log back into my xbox after removing the account. Slightly frustrating as this means i can not really play a lot of games or utilize my xbox gold membership in terms of
gaming. I called customer support but it was automated and said to visit the website. I contacted a gamer from support and they said server issues are an ongoing matter but when looking at server statuses, everything was running as normal. I don't have a phone
that xbox can contact me on thus I am posting here as a last ditch effort. Please help

There really is a problem with Xbox Live servers right now regarding some sign in on some regions. I have no idea why they haven't updated the status page yet to inform people, I guess its because its happening to a really small portion of the user base. In
any case I've contacted support and they have said they are looking into whats causing the problem and they are trying to fix it.

That's not true ! Most countries are not supported by the Xbox live service and that is because it's no easy to achieve world wide coverage but still, you can play on Xbox and use the live service from anywhere in the world, about the 0x80a40010,
I know it is frustrating but MS are already working at a fix for this, what you can do now is use a VPN to be able to connect to live services and wait for this to be fixed.

 

VPN is not a solution it will make ur ping skyrocket when u r playing FPS games like battlefield

 

With VPN I can not configure.I'm not strong at the computer.

 

Why so long can not do anything or give a clear answer what happened?
