error code 0x80a40002

I have had the issue for a month, xbox support had been poor in helping me fix the issue. every time i hit add profile nothing comes up but the error code, cant even type in an email on my console

Can't sign into my Xbox live account on new Xbox One

It is connected to the internet but every time I try to connect it says "Try Again Later" and gives me an error code (0x80a40002)

Can't sign into my account, keeps giving me this error. 0x80a40002

I have restarted my xbox and restored it back to factor settings and still gives me the 0x80a40002 error after setting it back up.

What are you trying to do when you get that error code?
What error message are you seeing with that code?

Please let us know and we'll work from there.

its an absolute joke, im receiving that also along with "this we could not get your family info from xbox live 0x80bd0004"
