    I recently downloaded an update on my XBOX ONE X (Scorpio Edition) and now every time I try to sign into my account the load screen comes up for about 2 to 5 minutes and then error code 0x80940019. The code is included in a message that says something went
    wrong etc. If any of you guys knows what the error code means please assist?

    Cannot redeem codes

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.

    Fifteen Dollars lost, don't have my Map Pack.

    I don't remember exactly the error code but it started with 801 and error occurred. I will try to contact Phone Support as soon as I can but I will try what Xbox Support said to me on Twitter as well.

    I looked over the error codes and I limited to the ones I think it was.

    I can't pinpoint the exact one since they are all similar.

    (My payment option did work, it was paid through my Microsoft Account)
