Error code 0x80860010

im not having the problem with any games but I'm trying to log into my profile and the code popped up so I did a full shut down of my XBOX 1 S and it helped so if you don't know how to do a full shut down of the system all you got to do is is go to your
system settings go to down to power &startup hit the turn off or restart there you well see a tab that says full shut down and a tab that says restart hit the full shut down

Try to delete the game, removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account after that download the game again

You can try to open the windows store trouble shooting app to do so you can

-Click the Cortana button to open the virtual assistant’s search box

-Input ‘troubleshoot’ in the search box.

-Click on Troubleshoot to open the Settings window’s Troubleshoot tab.

-Select the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter and press Run the troubleshooter to open the troubleshooter

The trouble shooter will scan for any issues within the app and then you can go through the troubleshooter’s resolutions
