    Error Code 0x80832003


    Okay here's my issue, we all pay for a service that is 24/7, well for the last 3 hours it hasn't been working. So I call customer servers and they can't find the issue so I ask for compensation for the time it's not working. Microsoft hangs up on me 3 different times while on hold. VERY unprofessional. Luckily I recorded my conversation and will be posting them soon.

    If we pay for service and service is interrupted we should get compensation! Period.

    It was not a scheduled maintenance

    It's a connection issue with the Live service.

    Update, before resetting network, it magically started workimg. Sounds to me like a global issue, not local issue.

    Not true. I’m connected to the internet (just got off another game) and I’m getting the same error.

    I’m going to try and reset my network but this is not a local connection issue.

    That could mean Xbox Live is having issues in some way. Nothing appears to be down when looking at the status of Xbox Live. You could either wait it out, or try these:

    1. Sign out of your profile, then sign back in.

    2. Disable your connection, and then enable it again.
