    I cannot stress enough how much this error is irritating. I've reset my Xbox One X console 5 times, both factory and hard reset. Done tests with my network. Re-installed my games. I even restart the console for an alternate MAC address, removing my account
    and signing back in and still nothing works. The games I have are digital. I've get this error in mid-game and it causes my games and the console to freeze up and become unresponsive. I've seen threads of discussion about this from the past 2 years and I'm
    not sure if anyone else is experiencing this like me in the present 2020, but I think this is something that should definitely warrant some attention. Tests with my network says that I'm good, but still the error appears. The Xbox Live status says everything
    is up and running. I don't know whether it's the console or the network. Maybe it's the console cause now it tends to lag with the startup animation, but I'm still not sure. I've never had issues with this for the past 3 years up until now and this has been
    going on since the last couple days of April. I've been looking up this error and I can't find any solution. Ever since COVID-19 pandemic, there have been issues with Xbox up and down the wall. I don't even know if I can go to a store and get it fixed or replaced.
    All I know is I'm about to lose it. Can I get some help with this please?

    Error code 0x80831002

    I've already tried and done everything listed in this and I'm still getting the error. The error code 0x80831002 isn't even in the list of error codes.
