Error code 0x80830003??

I’m trying to play any game on our Xbox series x and every time I try this error code appears. We have 5 profile on the Xbox and no one else is having this issue. There’s plenty of storage on the Xbox and like I said no one else is having this problem. I’ve tried all the advice already given on other threads and nothing has worked. I find it strange that everyone else can play and continue to save their progress and I can’t even load a save!!! Please help

I’m not streaming on my Xbox. I’m using the gamepass app on my chromebook. I also tried playing on my iPad but it still got the same error code 0x80830003

I'm not sure what caused that issue. I did a quick search through the Xbox Support page for error codes, and that one says nothing was found about that error.

That is a strange error to appear, are you on the insider program?. Have you tried reinstalling the game at all?. Please tempted what was asked first by the agent and then try reinstalling the game.

of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.
