error code 0x80830003

i recently converted from xbox one to the series x, and it was fine until i tried playing a game i hadn't in a while (was already installed) and i received the error, i have factory reset my console, deleted saves, i don't know what to do, because now i can't play any new games at all. as every time i try the game won't even give me the option to play.

any advice on what i should do?

I think I may have found why you get the 0x80830003 error message I had an external HDD attached to my Xbox series S and allot of game installed and all of them had save data I think and can't be 100# sure but I think the Xbox series S and maybe x has a save data limit on the internal SSD

I’m not streaming on my Xbox. I’m using the gamepass app on my chromebook. I also tried playing on my iPad but it still got the same error code 0x80830003

I'm not sure what caused that issue. I did a quick search through the Xbox Support page for error codes, and that one says nothing was found about that error.

That is a strange error to appear, are you on the insider program?. Have you tried reinstalling the game at all?. Please tempted what was asked first by the agent and then try reinstalling the game.
