Error Code 0x80830003... Still alive...

this error code happens a lot past few WEEKS... the xbox home button does not work anymore. when pressing this the screen gets a bit darker as if the menu pops out, but it´s not poppong out. i still have almost full controll about my game
or whatever i may do in that moment... after about one minute i get the following message: A Problem accured. Try again in a few moments. when you still recieve this message, go to xbox.com/errorhelp and search for code: 0xc0000189

when searching for this error the website tells me this error is invalid, not existant....

the only help out of this problem is to reset my xbox by holding the xbox button on the console. i thought this might be solved by a console update, but it stiull accures after the update yesterday...

i am streaming, and when this happens the stream automaticly ends and i have to reset my console. this is unacceptable...

and YES, thx to MS i am very expirienced in solving the "little issues". i alredy did all the steps i have to do to MAYBE solve the problem. Including: Factory Reset, Hard Reset, Power Cycle, Update and any other imaginable BS that might eventually help...

I’m not streaming on my Xbox. I’m using the gamepass app on my chromebook. I also tried playing on my iPad but it still got the same error code 0x80830003

I'm not sure what caused that issue. I did a quick search through the Xbox Support page for error codes, and that one says nothing was found about that error.

Hopefully someone else will be able to assist you with this issue.

so far i figured out, it seems to only happen when i play a game by Hi-Rez Studios, Realm Royale and Paladins... So MS you maybe finally have a talk with them and figure ouut, what is causing this and also answer... cuz i am not the only one and we all
might be a little happier with an update from your side...

So here is an update to my (our) issue... after factory resetting my console, the error was gone for like a week. it just happened again. My stream stopped automaticly, my home menu only dimmed the screen, i still had full controll over my game... same
as before... So far all possibile steps of maybe solve the problem are done... BTW this almost only happens when playing a game from the developer Hi-Rez... maybe you (MS) may reach out for them???
