    Error Code 0x80830003 For Cloud Save Data Not Syncing


    So I’ve been having an issue with the cloud data services for almost all of my games. Every time I load a Bethesda game or Minecraft I am met with this error code. It says I can’t save any data for this game and it won’t sync with the cloud. I’ve done everything from a hard reset to completely factory resetting my console. Still I get met with the error. I refuse to delete my cloud data for those games as I have over a decades worth of saves. Microsoft refuses to recognize this code and support has nothing to add. They just give the standard troubleshooting guide and say they’ll escalate the issue but nothing ever happens. I’m at the point where I can’t see any of my saves due to them being stuck in the cloud. The odd part is that every time I sync the data in setting doubles. It starts at 2.9Gb then doubles exponentially. I’ve found a few threads that talk about this issue but nobody has found a sure fix for this. Some say to reset your network data and some say to clear the cache. None of that works. Have any of you came across this and how did you resolve it?

    Edit: I should also mention it’s more than just Bethesda and Minecraft. I’m seeing it with any game that has local saves where you have the option for quick saves or individual save files for a playthrough, but the other games are low on my list of caring.
