Error code 0x807a1007

I keep getting this error code. It boots me out of chat after being in the party for awhile . Then Xb1 shows this error whenever I try to re-enter chat. It only seems to work when I unplug the Xb1 and then restart 5-10 mins later. However, I don't want
to keep doing that every time. Is there a better fix for this problem? I've tried simply restarting and that doesn't work. Only the unplugging method seems to work, but it gets really annoying after doing it several times.

I cannot connect to multiplayer. My connections are good. But I get this error code

0x807A1007

OK. So last night I was in a party with my friends and we started to experience a number of problems with the party chat. I looked on the website and It said Xbox Live Core Services were limited. I turned the Xbox off and went to bed. After school I
decided to get back on my Xbox. Now, whenever I try to join someone's party I get the error code in the description. My NAT is open by the way. Any way to fix this?

 

Got the same error the whole day. Only chance to enter the party chat is to unplug the xbox one or wait 2-3 hours. BORING!!

This is getting pathetic. It's one thing for the voice chat to NOT WORK. It's something else for it to stop working in the middle of a conversation that's been going on for more than 30 minutes.

I'm getting the same useless hex code error message and let's see, here's the run down of things I've tried with limited to no success.

First Off My Setup:

Day One Edition Xbox 1

2 Controllers (both with updated firmware, 4/7/2014)

Xbox One packaged headset

Turtle Beach X11

1) Firmware update of controller (again)

Party Chat does one of a few things.

a) Does not detect any voice input from either of my headset devices.

b) Joins a party the craps out after some time

c) Fails to setup party chat with one of the hex code errors.

2) Xbox turn Off --> Yes and start-up

a) usually does nothing to improve things

3) Unplug Xbox and power back up.

a) Rare occasion I will be able to join chat

b) Same problems as before.

I've spent the last 8 years with no voice chat problems with any of my Xbox 360's (3 of them)

I know it's no my router/firewall otherwise it would consistently NOT work

Lastly,

I don't know why I'm venting here. No one from Microsoft reads these forums and expect us to help each other out but that's difficult since we don't have any control over any ports of the system.

Its been going on for almost a week on my Xbox. It also won't let me play online. Wtf why am I paying for gold if I can't use it.
