Error Code 0x803f9006

Discus and support Error Code 0x803f9006 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so apparently this error code doesn't exist... can't access digital content, keeps showing various error screens telling me to sign in with the account...     so apparently this error code doesn't exist... can't access digital content, keeps showing various error screens telling me to sign in with the account that owns/purchased the content, any guesses?

    Signed in, but it asks me to sign in with the profile used for purchase

    I'm already signed in , but xbox asks me to Sign in with person who bought this. error code 0x803f9006

    What is with these none existent error codes I keep getting

    I keep getting these error codes but they can't be searched for on the website, 0x87e107f9 and 0x803f9006
