    Got a (Brand new) Xbox One for Christmas that came with Halo wars 2. It downloaded fine, but when I try to play it I get this error code. I am pretty shure that I bought the game under this (my) profile. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

    Signed in, but it asks me to sign in with the profile used for purchase

    I'm already signed in , but xbox asks me to Sign in with person who bought this. error code 0x803f9006

    What is with these none existent error codes I keep getting

    It is quite possible that just powering off your console by holding down the power button and then turning it back on will help with this.

    I get this sometimes. For all legit purchases you can check your purchase history to ensure which account bought the game. Things I've done that get the games going are: 1 power cycle console. 2 delete and download profile and or game. 3 clear the systems
    data cache.
