    Error Code 0x803f800b


    Hey Guys,

    When I try to load FIFA 17 I get error code 0x803f800b. The message along with the code says to check my EA Access and Xbox Live Gold Subscription statuses. However, I don't have either of those things. I own the game disk, and have an Xbox Live account
    without the gold membership. This has worked for the last 6 months, and I have played the game almost every single day.

    The only thing different is that I purchased a new controller and hooked it up to my xbox one. This required a controller update, and since then it gives me this error when I try to load the game.

    I have done a hard reset, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and called tech support (who told me to uninstall and reinstall). Just want to play FIFA without going online.

    Any ideas?

    I am also having the same issue. Problem with the renewal perhaps? Mine was due the 17th.

    Everything worked fine until the evening on the 16th. Since then this issue..

    Well it looks like I haven't Live Gold atm. But no messages or anything tellimg me so. My bank statement show that I have paid the last one. So atm I can't buy stuff on sale for Gold. Really anoying!
