Error Code 0x803F8001

Discus and support Error Code 0x803F8001 in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; So I have this problem with the error code mentioned above.     Error Code 0x803F8001


    So I have this problem with the error code mentioned above.

    I'm using the PC App and the weird thing is this error code that i don't own these games comes up with most games like Kingdom Come Deliverance or Bloodstained or The Messenger and I can't start them but other games like My Time at Portia or Moonlighter
    work just fine.

    I tried deleting and reinstalling them but that didn't work. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it didn't work. I even tried deleting some of the windows updates and that didn't work either. On my xbox where i use the same account it works perfectly
    fine and i bought the xbox ultimate pass.

    I used the support system where you are connected to other xbox players twice but their advices didn't work either.

    Maybe someone here can help me with this issue.
