    Error code: 0x803F8001


    My Xbox keeps telling me that I do not own the game, or that I need to put the disc in, but I bought the game as a digital game so I don't have a disc, and while the main account I use is being locked out, the account that owns the game is getting the same
    error message. Why is this? How do I fix this? (this is on an xbox 1)

    Error code: 0x803F8001

    Sign out of the account. Hard restart you internet connection and console . It happens sometime if a connection to the internet times out. Some ISPs have this happen from time to time

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue. I would say to remove and redownload your account that you bought the game on following the steps here on our support site entitled

    How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One    .

    When and if you get a chance, give that a shot and let us know how that helped out.
