    Error code 0x803F8001 Windows 10 games


    Recently I have been getting this message on pc from the xbox app "_insert game here_ is currently not available in your account. Heres the error code in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

    This happens on some games (Gears 4, Forza Horizon 3, Super Luckys Tale) but not others (Solitaire, Minecraft). I have contacted Windows 10 support and Xbox support and tried multiple fixes. They have recommended I ask here.

    We have tried uninstalling the xbox app and windows store through powershell and uninstalling the games, they have also remotely tried resetting the store and the cache. I have signed out and back in and also tested the games on my Xbox one console and they
    work on there.

    Any suggestions appreciated, thanks.

    Error opening Taptiles

    Taptiles is running an error message code 0x803F8001. I'm running Windows 10 and I have been playing this game for a long time, never had problem.

    Will someone please help me?

    Unable to plat or reinstall

    Microsoft Jigsaw was working fine one day then the next it would not open. Kept getting Error 0x803f8001. Looked on line and recommendation was to uninstall then reinstall. Now the game won't reinstall. Operating system is Windows 10. Magic jigsaw gives
    the same Error 0x803f8001. I have not uninstalled it. Anyone having the same issue?
