Error Code 0x803F8001 - Solutions not working

Hi - I am a fully paid-up Gold Live member and have downloaded, installed and played several games offered free through my Live membership over the past year. These have all worked fine until recently. If I try to play a game I have already been playing,
I get Error Code 0x803F8001 (please check you have installed disc/ signed in etc). I have followed ALL the suggested solutions you provide, including removing and re-adding my account, but still cannot play these games. Since I have downloaded these digitally,
and am currently signed in, inserting a disc is not relevant. I even tried uninstalling one game (Far Cry Primal) but when I then went to reinstall, it did not show in my Ready to Install list, and on the store it did not show as owned (ie I would have to
pay to download). I have contacted your help desk for a phone call, and they have rung me multiple times today, however whenever I pick up the call, there is silence at the other end and I do not know if they can hear me or not. There does not appear to be
an option for discussing via message, so would appreciate someone responding.

This doesn't help at all. Look around the net. EVERYONE gets this error and THIS SOLUTION NEVER FIXES IT.

 

the easiest thing is that you communicate with support through chat

It's better than calls

in the same place you ask for the call there is another link where it says connect to chat

they should check your account for that problem

NOTE: it is with technical support not with the ambassadors because they do not have access to the account
