    I'm getting the error code 0x803F8001 for my MahJongg game, which I've been playing for at least three years now. I also play Microsoft Solitaire and Microsoft Jigsaw. I signed into my Microsoft account and still it's not working. Any suggestions?

    I have the same error codes in both Solitdaire and Mahjongg. So much for updates.

    Windows 8 PC can not connect to Xbox LIVE

    I have the same problem, I think. When I try to use Wordament or MIcrosoft Mahjongg it won't connect. Mahjongg shows that I'm signed in, but when I try to actually play the game it says there's a problem communicating with an Xbox service and gives the error
    code 004500. I've checked for updates and I've also restarted my computer.
