    Hi,

    I downloaded the game via the app and I cannot launch it due to the error in the subject.

    I tried to :

    - sign out/in from the app

    - restart my computer

    - use wsreset.exe command

    - windows is up to date

    - I uninstalled the game and re installed it.

    Do you have any recommendations?

    UPDATE : even after buying the game it is still not launching via the shortcut on my desk, or via the store or on the game pass app.

    I have also the same issue with Gears 5 and Children of Morta.
