Please sign In to the correct account. Make sure that you are signed in to both the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store with the same Microsoft account.

And then reset the Xbox App and the Game. To do this please open the Xbox app and leave it running in the background.

Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.

Find the Xbox app, click on it, and select Advanced options. Scroll down and click Reset, then Reset again.

Kindly repeat the same process for the game that is causing issues.

Next is to reinstall gaming services. Open PowerShell as an administrator and run the following commands:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

Get-AppxPackage *xboxgamingoverlay* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

Start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

This will uninstall and reinstall the Gaming Services app.

Then check for Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates. Ensure that your Windows is up to date.

After that is to run WSReset Command. To do this please press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog, type wsreset.exe, and press Enter. This will reset the Microsoft Store cache.
