    Error Code: 0x802705a


    After an recent Xbox update a few days ago, my xbox did not allow me to play any games or load apps . It only showed the above error.( eg:For some reason Battlefield 4has taken too long to load.) May I know how do I fix the issue thanks guysError Code: 0x802705a :) May I also

    Error code checker is pointless

    I was given a error code 0x802705a when I tried to load up neverwinter so I went to check on xbox.com to see what is it and yet again the error code checker does not reconize it serious MS what is the point of this if your stupid pointless system does not

    Stupid 0x802705a code

    I am trying to play the game Neverwinter with my friend and I keep getting the code 0x802705a with it telling me that it is taking to long to start. I have done everything that the help section says. Please help me.

    This also happened with my son's Xbox and if you go to settings , system, Console into & updates, Reset console then Reset and keep my games & apps

    This fixed it for my son and hopefully works for you

    Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support.

    If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
    reset     on your console by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]
    Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter.
