Error code 0x8027025a

I activated Forza 5 with the launch code I received when I purchased my Xbox One, and everything has been fine up until now. But now when I try to launch this game I get the above error code. All other games and apps work fine (both disc & Downloads). I
have reset the console and unplugged from mains as advised on forums, but still the problem exists. Unfortunately I must have thrown away the download code for this game along with the packaging for the console. As I have already activated this game, is there
any way that I can retrieve the code used from my Xbox Live account in order to re install or do I need to re purchase the game. Or alternatively is there any other way of getting the game to run.

Xbox One Games Won't Start

Yup! No code, at least I don't get any, sometimes the (0x8027025a) appears.

i got the SAME ISSUE but with call of duty ghost this is a general ISSUE !!!!

Microsoft dOn't even know what is the problem...

the current fix in the error code page didnt work at all !!!

 

reinstallation didnt resolve the problem

power save mode didnt resolve the problem

factory reset didnt resolve the problem

 

I had the same problem with cod. The only thing I had done before was install the blue ray player app. I un-installed it turned the xbox off. When I restarted it they game ran just fine after re-installing it.

 

1- put your console in english with location USA

2- Reboot

3- Go to bluray and disc ... and clear the persistent storage.

4- once it's done do a hard reboot again... hold the xbox button for 15 second until your xbox reboot or shutdown

5- Turn it on and play your favorite game !!

That should resolve the problem.

Got Dead Rising 3, keep getting the same error, tried everything, including BigWoODoO's suggestion, nothing works. Microsoft are no help. Just hoping the update fixes the problem.

Lets try this.

open your xbox

when you are on the main menu of the dashboard.

press the start button at the same time you press the power button hold it for 15 second until your console shutdown or reboot.

Try again after.

if the problem persist i suggest to reinstall the whole game.

 

I have this same problem with pretty much most of games and apps it is really annoying and frustrating that can't play anything please help before I destroy my xbox please
