Error Code 0x8027025a

Hi

for a few weeks now I have been having issues with my One X, when I wake it up from the instant on sleep mode generally with game I am on will run ok for a short while but if I try and load any other app or game the error code 0x8027025a
pops up saying the game took too long to load, a hard reset is required to sort the problem but it doesn't stay fixed. A format AND a trip to MS repair centre has not resolved the issue. I am quite puzzled and would appreciate any help.

Yup! No code, at least I don't get any, sometimes the (0x8027025a) appears.

Is this happening with both disc and digital games you own? Are you enrolled in the Insider Preview program by any chance?

To clarify, it sounds like you've already tried running through the
steps for that error code , is that correct? Additionally, when you mentioned a format of your Xbox One X console, were you referring to a factory reset?

If that is not something you have tried, please try a
soft factory reset of your Xbox One X console selecting the option to keep your games and content to avoid having to download them again. Any changes with this experience after that?
