    Hello all,

    So, I logged into my xbox one x today and tried to play apex legends and or CODMW and neither would work. The error code 0x8027025a pops up. I looked it up and searched solutions. Its not my profile, its not my internet and its not the xbox live services.
    I have tried everything. Hard reset, resetting router, checking my xbox. Im not sure what else to do. If someone has a suggestion. I'll be open for it.

    Reset router contact technical support and let them know your issues im sure they'll be able to hell you.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to ensure that we provide the correct solution. Does the error code appear when you try to launch the games? Is the error code appearing when you attempt to play the games online?
    Is your
    console's NAT Type     open, moderate or strict? Be sure to let us know the results!

    Well it means that xbox live isnt connecting but it could be something really wrong with your rouder. I had the same problem 2 months ago is your wifi ok?

    I reset the router and im able to connect to the internet via the xbox I just cant play online games. I even did a hard factory reset and nothing.
