So I factory reset my xbox series x and I've been this problem saying with it saying"There was a problem with the update. You need this update to use your console somethings went wrong." I've tried to reconnect my wifi. I've clicked "try again "and nothing will work. I even made sure to reset the console and my own wifi. Please help me with this

Alright alright alright. It's started to update now. Hoyeahh!!! Luckily I stayed awhile waiting. Thank you! Now I have my console updated! Let's game on 🤪😁

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.
Please try to test connecting your console to another network and check if the same problem occurs, you could configure your smartphone as a Mobile Hotspot and connect your console to that network.

Are you able to try another conventional Wi-Fi network?

It could be that of a friend, family member, or neighbor.

If that's not possible, please try an offline update using the steps found here.
