Error Code 0x801901f4

I recently contacted Xbox support for my Xbox One and was sent here because I was an "Xbox Insider" and they couldn't help me with this issue but here it is. When I tried to sign into my account I was given the error code 0x801901f4 and when I looked up the error code the overall solution was to remove my account and add it back. When I removed my account I couldn't even re-add my account back. All that happens is a gray bar with a loading screen pops up, the loading disappears while leaving the gray bar and after flashing once or twice takes me out of the gray bar menu and nothing happens. I don't know what to do now since Xbox support online sent me here.
