    Basically ive tried everything to sign in and nothings worked ive turned my xbox off and back on ive removed my account and now it wont let me re add my account or even sign in to another account im starting to get frustrated!

    That's strange, I tried looking the error code up and it's not found. I got, "Sorry! No Support articles were found for "0x801901f4". Have you copy/pasted this error code directly from the message you're receiving?
