    Get "Something went wrong" when signing in

    I login when prompted, but get "Something went wrong. Please try again later." with error code 0x801901f4. This has been an issue for the past several days, and when searching for the error code it says 'Sorry! No Support articles were found for "0x801901f4".'

    Hi!

    Try to clear the cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again. If it doesn't work, delete the profile from the console and re-download it again.

    At the moment there are still problems on the service, as specified on the
    web page    .
