Hello, got a error code 0x801901F4 for over 4 months now!!! I just want to sign in..

Unable to sign in to Child Account

When I try to sign into my son’s child account, I get the following error code - 0x801901f4.

All other profiles sign in without any issues.

You mean the store and app I can't sign into? The error is preventing me from signing into Microsoft. From the store, to the XBox app to Cortana.
