Got an error code 0x801901f4 but doesn't return any results on help

Cant get into my account on the XBox One

Any one had the same problem or can help

That's strange, I tried looking the error code up and it's not found. I got, "Sorry! No Support articles were found for "0x801901f4". Have you copy/pasted this error code directly from the message you're receiving?

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account.

Worked initially but then happened again but this time couldn't add the account back. Thanks for your help
