    I keep getting the error code message:

    can't play

    cant preform the requested action because acess requires a username and password.

    0x80190191

    i dont know why this is happening with the films and tv app on movies i already own. Ive already uninstalled the app, disconnected and reconnected the internet connection, and restarted my console.
